Postcards

Postcards were also a popular form of communication for the students of William Smith College, both with other classmates and friends and family back home.   The following are a selection of postcards, some with views of campus and Geneva, from the Gladys Moyer Dean Collection.

Interestingly, the card of Smith Hall in the lower left hand corner has "Smith College" rather than "William Smith College" printed on it.  In its early years William Smith College was occasionally refered to as Smith College by students, faculty, and outsiders alike.
